At PsychLead we believe that every client has the ability to achieve the change they desire for themselves and their teams. However, sometimes the way forward and the 'how-to' isn't always known. This is where PsychLead can help clients to pause, reflect, identify, mobilize and catalyze their strengths and inner resources.
Dr. Kalsi is passionate about helping leaders feel less stuck, helping them gain insight into behavioral patterns and mindsets, in order to illuminate new perspectives and create shifts towards better leadership behaviors.
Whether executive coaching is used for better team management, increasing interpersonal skills, or supporting high achievers, it focuses on raising self-awareness and understanding behavioral patterns and their origins. This is where the science behind behavioral psychology comes alive.
At PsychLead, Dr. Kalsi understands behavior change and development, from identifying realistic goals to exploring barriers to change. This is where the unique PsychLead coaching framework, derived from years of psychological theory and experience, can help clients toward their goals.
When we talk about any behavioral change, there is never a one size fits all. Adopting new behaviors and mindsets can be challenging. Dr. Kalsi takes the time to understand each client and their mix. She aims to support, challenge and guide her clients through their process of self-discovery and self-awareness.
Dr. Kalsi seeks to hear and understand her client's narratives and combine this with insights from multi-modal assessment data. By using this robust evidence-based coaching framework, she helps her clients through a process of deep introspective work to identify their strengths and creative pathways toward their goals.
